Brand review and revision for Samsung’s five European Amazon Brandstores.
Contracted as a Samsung Partner for their UK based Amazon Centre of Excellence. The brief was to conduct a review and identify potential branding errors and inconsistencies across five of Samsung’s European Brandstores. The year long review resulted in revisions made to brand, design, campaign messages, product terminology and website structures. In addition amendments were made to brand guidelines for all of Samsung’s global regions.
